Download you Agreement / Index-II which is register in the year 2002 to 2011 BY OFFICIAL Govt. Website

Download free upto 24/01/2013 after that charges may apply

Step to follow to download document



1.Web site Link:-  
   
  for free search https://esearchigr.maharashtra.gov.in/testingesearch/wfsearch.aspx

  for paid search https://esearchigr.maharashtra.gov.in/portal/esearchlogin.aspx 

2. Select "Document No" Option on Left side

3. Select District -Dist in which your registration done For eg  मुबई  उपनगर  जिलहा (Mumbai Upnagar Zilla)

4. Select SRO -  Office in which your document register

5. Year - Year Of Registration of your document

6. Doc No - No From your registration receipt - दसतऐवजाचा अनुकऱमांक  (Dastasvezancha Anukramank)

7. Cick on - शोध (Shodh) - It will display your flat details

8. Click on Index2 - It will pop up screen with title as “सुची कं 2”

9. Take print Out OF Index2

10.  Clicking Request Document you will get Document Search Id. Save this id. After 30 the minutes you can download this document from  "Download Document " Option on Left side

11. The site will work only On IE7, IE8 OR IE9  browser No other browser like google  Chrome., Mozilla  Firefox, Appeal Safari etc.

Now 1985-2002 data is also available for search for selected offices.

 Now eRegistration documents are also available for download.
Now Filing,eFiling & eRegistration data is also available for search.

For IE users please add compatibility view settings.

    Only full agreement can be download for MUMBAI. Index -II can be download for entire Maharashtra.

      Hi, I am able to see Index II for property registered in July-2015 however I am not getting download document option. Registration done in SRO Kurla 5. Please help.

      For the document register in the year 1958 TO 2001, the index -II of that document is available on the concern SRO Office where it is register. For year 2012 it will be upload in next few month on website.

    IF you want make new one than you have to do the DEED of Rectification / Correction. for that you have to pay stamp duty and registration fees and deed has to registered in the same office where your original deed is registered

      you can not download Index-II of 1982. You have to go to SRO office where the document registered and get Index-II

    I'm unable to download the document & Index II. I'm getting the below error
    Exception in Search by Document Number : Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
    & Contact SRO. How can I contact SRO & from where can I download the document.
    The registration is done in 1998 & 2000

    I searched my property details by way of entering survey number. My neighbour's Index II is available there but not mine. Infact 3 out of 16 flat's index II are there. How do i get my Index II. My Agreement year is 1999.

      Request you to search it by Document No. so that you can find it easily. Still you not found then request SRO office to upload the same. or you can send email on:- complaint@igrmaharashtra.gov.in

    Thanks.. I could manage to download Index II easily. We need to enter only 4 digit Receipt number excluding the year of registration which is mentioned on the Index II Receipt. (If receipt number is 3445-2012, enter doc number as 3445 only)

      OK. Also for change of name in office. They ask us to submit the Original Index II . We have d Index II . but wht if thy misplace it ? its v imp document. Wht to do?

      You can get other copy of Index-II from same SRO office by giving application form available in SRO office It will take 15 days time as agreement register in 1987

    Were Index II issued by registration offices for the documents(Sale deed) registered in 2005.
    I have downloaded Index II online. Can I use this Index II generated online for registering my next sale deed now in 2016 as I m selling my property.

      Yes From 2002 Index-II is given on the same day along with Agreement copy

      You can use Downloaded Index-II now for sale deed in 2016

    Hello Sir, We have 2 properties, one in pcmc area and one in pmc area. As the property is self build by my father, however do not have Index 2 for both these properties. we do not have any information when my father has registered these properties. How can i got those. My father is no more now. Please help me.

      Select Document number at the left side and then type of document "regular" and district, sro is the Haveli number where the document is registered, then year of registration and the document number.

    In the Index 2, the Details of the property was captured with all details including the flat carpet area as well as flat balcony area. However, in the column : "Khetrafal" or Area : The Clark erroneously typed only the flat carpet area and did not add the balcony area.

    Pls. advice the process to get this corrected in optimum manner. The agreement is registered just 3 days back. Thanks
