On-line Deemed Conveyance Deed application process

Now onwards society has to file on-line application for Deemed Conveyance Deed on https://mahasahakar.maharashtra.gov.in website. On-line hearing will be conduct Process is as follow.

    Sir, the User ID given by sub-registrar is incorrect. Sub-Registrar says you come to Mulshi and we will log in together. Helpdesk people said Sub-Registrar has all information/powers to issue log in ID and password. Can you please advise us?

    I think you have just confuse between Dy. Registrar of C.S and Sub- Registrar of Assurance is two different office for two different department ,

    Dy. Registrar of C.S is from co-operative department.

    Sub- Registrar of Assurance is from Revenue department

    Sub- Registrar of Assurance never give login id and password.

    Dy. Registrar of C.S give login id and password for Co-operative Society to login and update society information on website.

    First of all I must say that you are doing a great job of activism. There are very few people who think of being an activist. I myself am one.

    I had a doubt about the image 10 - Case Application & Case Remarks. What is that and how to obtain one? What to add in the remarks?
