    Is there a GR that if landowners are provided with a shop/flat then no stamp duty is applicable?

    One of flat owner is intending to gift his flatto his brother what are the formalaties socidty has to complete?

      Ask owner to submit register stamp duty paid gift deed and transfer set along with share certificate to transfer the flat and share certificate to his brother name.
