सर्व सहकारी संस्थांनी त्यांचे यूजर आयडी आणि पासवर्डचा वापर करून सन २०१२-१३ आणि २०१३-१४ या वर्षांचे मँडेटरी रिटर्न्स दि.२१-११-२०१४ रोजी अथवा तत्पूर्वी सहकार खात्याच्या वेबसाईटवर अपलोड करणे त्यांच्यावर बंधनकारक आहे.
