Form No 11 & 29 for Nominal Membership of Tenant

I have found that many societies do not take the register Lease/Leave & License Agreement photo copy, Police Verification Form photo copy & Form No 11 & 29 from the member who give their Flat/Shop/Office for Lease/Leave & License basis to tenants.  Here is the form No  11 & 29.

    Sir I given my flat on rent for three months. Is it notaries agreement is sufficient for file a eviction against licensee in case of any dispute. Please guide.

    No. proper stamp duty paid and registered agreement with office of sub registrar of assurance agreement is valid to file eviction for tenant in court.
