Transfer Set

I have found that many Agent/ Advocate uses the old Transfer Set i.e. 2001 Bye-Laws. Also MC unaware of that and they transfer the Share Certificate. Even many Agent use only one single Rupees 100/- stamp paper for Form-4 & Form 25[a] which is wrong it should be two different stamp paper. Now please find following new transfer set as per 2009 & 2013 Bye-Laws.

    My society had took total 45000/- at the time of share transfer and calculated 80/- per sequre foot charges. Payment made through Two cheques. One cheque of 25000/- and second cheque of 20000/- can I claim my excess amount through registrar. Pls guide

    As per High Court order you will not get refund. But i think society has given receipt of Rs. 20,000/- in different A/C head not as Transfer premium so you can say that you have given as maintenance advance and society has given you wrong receipt. In this ground you can approach the Registrar.
