    a) What is the effective date of applicability of this circular ?
    b) What is the meaning of 'Open Land Area' ?

    sir, thank you for the useful information. main ek help poochana chahati hoom ki agar document no nahi hai and rectification kiya gaya ho within feb 2005 se sept 2005 tak aur koi bhi uska refrence nahi mil raha ho to kya hum rectification letter download kar sakte hakte hai by name yaa survey no se . thanks
