Sir Our Society is registered on 7th April 2016 and it's 1st General Meeting held on 19th June 2016. one of flat owner is purchased the flat in resale and their agreement registered on 14th October 2014 but they are neither taken the NOC from builder nor inform to builder. builder sent the documents to society registrar office with earlier owner for registration of society.
now, new owner sent the notice to chief promoter of society for indection of their name in society records on 20th April 2016 by Registered Post along with Share transfer fees cheque Rs.500/- and entrance fees cheque Rs.100/-.
Can Society demand the Share transfer premium in this case.
