GR- FOR REGISTER SOCIETY LESS THEN 10 MEMBER

    In a registered society (2009) can I purchase a flat ? which is in gram Panchayat Narhe Dist Pune, In future coming under Pune M C.
    I found some discrepancy in the documents. Lay Out is sanctioned by T.P.but
    Building plan is sanctioned by Gram Panchayat. Completion certificate is given by Gram Panchayat.
    Every flat has given milkat number by Gram Panchayat for every owner & tax are collected accordingly. The said building is not shown on Lay out plan (TP sanction ).

  2. You can purchase the flat in registered society. In GP plan has to sanctioned by GP. CC& OC is issued by GP. I assumed it is Township project / cluster development if so then layout of development has to approved by TP

    It is not a township project. In T P sanctioned Lay out plan, three buildings, Muncipal corp road & the empty space. As on today there are three buildings, corporation Road & The building which is constructed in 2008 on empty space. The said building is registered under co-op housing society, total 26 flats & 3 shops. Is the said property is legal or illegal ? I wish to purchase from the said building ( Resale)

    1. Yes property is legal. Still for double check you can take loan [say Rs. 1 lakh] from Any nationalize bank so that their legal department can check all document is legal or not.
