Can a CHS evoke or amend a resolution which is already passed in a General Body Meeting?
The resolution passed has been minuted in the general body meeting and the office bearer has already communicated the same to an external governmental authority.
Many societies have already proposed to appoint certain person as their auditor in their AGM. If they receive DDR Order later appointing another auditor is it compulsory to get audit done by that auditor?? can society get audit done by the one appointed in AGM.? Please advice
