    In one of your posts ypu have mentioned yhat if the Chairman of the co op hsg resigned/removed,then the entire managing committee has to resign.Will you please confirm that with referenceto any Act,Rule Or BY LAW.

    Chairman is like PM if PM resign then entire Cabinet has to resign. This is applicable only when Chairman resign from both chairman & MC Member post
