  1. 1. Is RTI Act Applicable to Co-Op Housing Society ref By Law no 171 ? 2. If yes then what will be time frame from which the Society Should give the requested documents ?
    3. Is there any other law reference/Supporting for this By-law like Maharashtra Co-Op Soc Act . If yes then Please mention the lae as well as supporting Clause No supporting RTI
    4. in MHADA low cost housing at Gorai-2 if you raise the floor there is additional Property Tax Applied by BMC . Is this legal & applicable to all. If yer then where to enquir / Apply.
